Dear UNTOC
I write to formally place on record that Australia — alongside other implicated states — has received eight or more formal warnings from United Nations treaty bodies and Special Rapporteurs between 2011 and 2022 regarding second-generation harm from TCDD (Agent Orange) exposure.
For clarity, I have already submitted evidence and a formal submission to UNTOC on 31 July 2025. This correspondence builds on that record.
These warnings prove:
Knowledge: Repeated UN findings establish that states were fully aware of the ongoing harm.
Breach of Duty: Failure to act following such warnings constitutes a deliberate and systematic violation of international law, not negligence.
Rome Statute Threshold: Under Articles 7 and 25, crimes against humanity require both knowledge and systematic attack. The UN warnings provide documented evidence of both.
Treaty Violations: Failure to implement the Stockholm Convention and WHO toxicological guidance despite UN oversight constitutes regression in violation of binding international obligations.
Corporate Complicity: By continuing to insure, profit from, or underwrite state denial despite public UN warnings, multinational corporations (including insurers and chemical manufacturers) are complicit in Transnational Organized Crime under TOC frameworks.
For clarity:
👉 UN warnings are public, international records.
👉 Governments ignored them.
👉 Harm continued across multiple generations.
👉 This pattern satisfies the criminal elements of systematic state-facilitated harm, falling within both Crimes Against Humanity and Transnational Organized Crime.
I therefore request that UNTOC formally acknowledge receipt of this evidence trail and confirm whether an investigation into systemic cover-up and corporate-state collusion will be opened.

A formal complaint has been lodged with the International Criminal Court for Crimes against Humanity. The final submission was the 1st of July 2025.
Australia ratified International treaties but failed to implement them into domestic laws.
When the United Nations tells you 8+ times you are breaking the law, YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW. Stockholm Convention & Agent Orange is a chemical war crime against children.
Profit before People is a crime.
