United Nations architecture: citizens â UN Missions â states â ICJ / ICC. âď¸
This isnât just my fight â itâs a roadmap for every citizen whoâs been told their voice doesnât count. Now it does. Transparency đ

Annex A â Evidence of Systemic Persecution by Policy
Date: 1 October 2025
Exhibit Title: Bank acknowledgment + Government denial + Public plea for protection
Record:
⢠On 8 September 2025, CommBank confirmed in writing that they had received my complaint. In their reply they acknowledged the allegations I raised:
⢠market manipulation of sovereign bonds despite UN warnings,
⢠failure to disclose treaty breaches to regulators and investors,
⢠aiding and abetting chemical war crimes against children.
They also locked themselves into a deadline of 5 October 2025 to provide an outcome. That is written acknowledgment of notice.
⢠On 4 July 2025, Queensland Health denied liability for TCDD harm but confirmed that:
⢠I am seeking $1.8 million compensation,
⢠I have escalated to the ICC,
⢠I have lodged a complaint with the AusNCP involving Dow and Bayer.
They confirmed escalation exists but deliberately tried to disclaim responsibility.
⢠Today, 1 October 2025, I published both letters side by side and quote-tweeted them to 70 UN Missions with the line:
âPlease make them stop persecuting us đ
Agent Orange Child đâ
Legal significance:
This evidence shows the pattern clearly:
⢠The bank acknowledged in writing that allegations of treaty breaches and war crimes exist.
⢠The government confirmed escalation but refused liability.
⢠I was forced to take the evidence public and appeal directly to the UN Missions for protection.
Conclusion:
This is systemic persecution by policy. Both corporate and state actors have knowledge after notice, and both have responded in ways that deny rights by design. That denial leaves me no domestic remedy and pushes the case squarely into the jurisdiction of the ICC under Article 7 of the Rome Statute.
