Dear Special Rapporteurs and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights,

I am submitting information under the Special Procedures mandate concerning Australia’s failure to protect its citizens—particularly the children of Vietnam veterans—from known toxic exposure to 2,3,7,8-TCDD (Agent Orange Child 😔)

Despite Australia’s ratification of the Stockholm Convention, CRC, CRPD, CESCR, and ICCPR, and at least eight prior UN warnings between 2011 and 2021, the Government continues to deny recognition and appropriate medical or social response for second-generation harm.

I am a documented second-generation survivor.  The attached materials (also available publicly at https://agentorangechild.wixsite.com/agent-orange-child) record systemic neglect by Queensland Health, the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, and other Commonwealth bodies.  These institutions have shown deliberate disregard for treaty obligations and public-health duties concerning persistent organic pollutants.

Requested action:

• Transmit this information to the Special Rapporteur on toxics and human rights (Dr Marcos A. Orellana) and the Special Rapporteur on the right to health;

• Register this communication as evidence of a failure to protect under the State’s international obligations;

• Consider a joint allegation letter to the Government of Australia urging immediate measures to recognise and remediate toxic exposure in second and subsequent generations.

A formal complaint has been lodged with the International Criminal Court for Crimes against Humanity. The final submission was the 1st of July 2025.

Australia ratified International treaties but failed to implement them into domestic laws.

When the United Nations tells you 8+ times you are breaking the law, YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW. Stockholm Convention & Agent Orange is a chemical war crime against children.

Profit before People is a crime.
