Subject: Re: Payment Plan Request – Rockhampton Regional Council Account

Dear Paige.

Thank you for your email.

To clarify, I’m not applying for formal hardship assistance — I’m simply requesting a short-term payment arrangement for two instalments (November and December) to bring my account up to date.

Our financial hardship is the direct result of chronic health impacts from military toxin exposure (dioxins and asbestos) that have affected multiple generations of our family.

This year alone, we’ve suffered two family deaths connected to those exposures — my father-in-law in February 2025 from asbestosis (linked to RAAF Hercules and Caribou aircraft brake systems), and my brother in July 2025, an ex-military man whose life was also cut short by toxic exposure.

These losses have compounded existing medical and emotional strain, yet I continue to manage all household bills myself. My husband, does not handle our accounts — I do. All relevant documentation, including my birth certificate confirming war-linked exposure and my full medical record, is publicly available on my research website:

Under Rockhampton Regional Council’s Debt Recovery Policy, genuine payment arrangements may be accepted and recovery action paused while payments are maintained.

If you prove the full amount owed and address the account directly to me, it will be paid in full on 16 November between 7pm and 9pm, when Aaron receives his monthly pay.

For the record, your organisation and the Rockhampton Regional Council are heartless, and are on the record at The Hague for systemic negligence and failure to accommodate disability and trauma-related hardship.

Kind regards,

Danielle Stevens
