Dear Dr Orellana,
I am writing to you regarding your reports to the United Nations General Assembly on toxics and human rights, specifically A/79/163 (16 July 2024) and A/80/174 (16 July 2025). I want to express my deep concern that despite these formal warnings, states — including Australia — have failed to act.
I am worried that the United Nations General Assembly may once again water down the language in its response, avoiding the term Crimes Against Humanity and leaving victims without redress. After decades of denial, another diluted resolution would only prove the systemic corruption that allows this harm to continue.
As a second-generation victim of TCDD (Agent Orange) exposure, I have been uploading a detailed trail of evidence and annexes to the International Criminal Court in The Hague under Article 15 of the Rome Statute.
This record shows, step by step, how states, banks, insurers, and corporations have knowingly failed their treaty obligations, leaving children like myself with lifelong health conditions — while still presenting a Sovereign AAA credit rating on the global stage. Under the United Nations Convention Against Corruption, this concealment is corruption; under the Rome Statute, it is complicity in Crimes Against Humanity. We the People deserve truth, justice, and redress — not fraudulent ratings built on silence and suffering.
For transparency, I have made this evidence available through my website the link is below. It serves as a public archive of harm, cover-up, and international law violations.
I respectfully ask that you consider this evidence trail as further proof that domestic systems are unwilling or unable to provide justice, and that the time has come for the United Nations General Assembly to clearly recognise military toxic exposures to children as Crimes Against Humanity.
Warm Agent Orange Burns regards,
Danielle Stevens

A formal complaint has been lodged with the International Criminal Court for Crimes against Humanity. The final submission was the 1st of July 2025.
Australia ratified International treaties but failed to implement them into domestic laws.
When the United Nations tells you 8+ times you are breaking the law, YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW. Stockholm Convention & Agent Orange is a chemical war crime against children.
