18/09/2025 Reply to CBA
Thank you for your call.
As stated in my previous correspondence, all communication on this matter must be in writing. I am awaiting your formal written response by 5 October 2025. Please provide your reply by that date in writing or if you need any further information from me please put it in writing.
The International Criminal Court has received information relating to my home loan and any attempts to interfere with, manipulate, or leverage it in connection with my case.
Under Article 25 of the Rome Statute, aiding and abetting crimes against humanity includes providing practical assistance or support that furthers the commission of the crime. Any financial action taken against me in reprisal — including interference with my home loan — will be treated as retaliation against a victim and whistleblower, and formally annexed to my ICC case as evidence of complicity.
Under Article 77 of the Rome Statute, individuals found guilty of such crimes face penalties of up to 30 years’ imprisonment or life.
On 16 July 2025, the United Nations General Assembly received the Special Rapporteur’s report (A/80/174), which formally recognized toxic military exposures as crimes against humanity requiring urgent legal action. Despite these warnings, the Australian Government and its financial institutions continue to commit crimes by concealing liabilities and targeting victims. Any attempt to interfere with my home loan in this context constitutes ongoing participation in those crimes.
This matter is now a live criminal record before the International Criminal Court. Govern yourselves accordingly.
Regards

A formal complaint has been lodged with the International Criminal Court for Crimes against Humanity. The final submission was the 1st of July 2025.
Australia ratified International treaties but failed to implement them into domestic laws.
When the United Nations tells you 8+ times you are breaking the law, YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW. Stockholm Convention & Agent Orange is a chemical war crime against children.

Subject: Re: Complaint – Sovereign Securities Fraud & ESG Misrepresentation
Dear Josephine,
Thank you for your message.
I note that I have already received nearly identical template-style emails from three different CBA staff members. This duplication not only undermines the credibility of your investigation but also makes the Bank look inconsistent and incompetent. I am blogging each version publicly, which only highlights this further.
I also remind you that one of your colleagues has already put it in writing that the Commonwealth Bank is aiding and abetting chemical war crimes against children through financing structures. That statement is now annexed to my ICC submission as evidence.
For the sake of clarity and accountability, I request that the CBA appoint one single point of contact for this matter going forward. Continuing to send multiple conflicting communications only compounds the seriousness of the situation.
Govern yourselves accordingly.

Danielle Stevens
When a Bank Puts War Crimes in Writing
On 8 September 2025, a Commonwealth Bank investigation officer put the following words in writing to me:
“CBA is aiding and abetting chemical war crimes against children through financing structures.”
Even though it was framed in the context of “you alleged,” this wording is devastating. Why?
• International Law Language: “Aiding and abetting” comes directly from Article 25 of the Rome Statute, the law that governs crimes against humanity at the International Criminal Court (ICC).
• Corporate Knowledge: Once an institution writes this down, it proves they were on notice. From that moment, they cannot deny knowledge of the allegation.
• Command Responsibility: Under Article 28 of the Rome Statute, when an organisation’s officers know of crimes and fail to act, that silence is complicity.
• Evidentiary Value: This isn’t just my claim anymore — it’s the Bank’s own correspondence. It is annexed to my ICC submission as evidence.
This single line shifts the case from “a complaint raised” to “a global financial institution formally recorded knowledge of crimes against humanity — and did nothing.”
This isn’t just my allegation — the UN has already put it in writing, with 8+ formal warnings that governments and institutions are ignoring.
The UN’s 16 July 2025 report already put it in writing: military toxins and their cover-up are crimes against humanity.
Govern yourselves accordingly.
