AGD on Notice

Subject:Countdown to Accountability – 7 Days Remaining (AGD Notice Re: Chemical War Crimes Against Children)

Dear Attorney-General’s Department,

This is a formal reminder that your office was placed on notice of criminal treaty breaches and international human rights violations in connection with my case involving intergenerational TCDD (Agent Orange) exposure and denial of redress by Queensland Health.

As stated in the original communication, you were given 14 days to act. That deadline expires Monday 21 July 2025.

Let me ask now, with full clarity:

Who at the Attorney-General’s Department is willing to risk their legal reputation, their career, and their standing before international law by being complicit in the denial of chemical war crimes against children?

This is no longer a matter of administrative failure. It is now a test of individual and institutional integrity under:

  • The Rome Statute (Articles 7 and 25)

  • The Stockholm Convention

  • The Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC)

  • The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD)

  • The OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises

On 15 July 2025, I formally transferred jurisdiction of OECD Case 36 to the Netherlands National Contact Point due to clear procedural breaches and conflict of interest within the Australian NCP. This transfer was acknowledged publicly and submitted to the OECD Investment Division in Paris. Australia no longer has authority over the complaint.

Your department is now fully exposed — not just to international law, but to international oversight.

Your response — or lack thereof — will be documented in Annex B of my ICC submission and recorded under OECD Case 36 as part of Australia’s systemic failure to uphold international law.

You are not just on notice.

You are on record.

Warm Agent Orange Burns regards,

Danielle Stevens
