Subject: Formal Complaint – Criminal Misconduct by the Australian Government Legal System
To Whom It May Concern,
I am submitting a formal misconduct complaint against the entire Australian Government Legal System for its collective and ongoing role in obstructing justice, suppressing truth, and enabling crimes against humanity.
Over the past several months, government lawyers were issued formal legal notices — including 30-day warnings, 15-day follow-ups, and final demands — outlining binding obligations under:
The Rome Statute (Articles 7 and 27)
The Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties
The Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants
And internationally ratified human rights treaties including the CRC, CRPD, and ICCPR
Not one of these legal warnings received a lawful or accountable response. No clarification, no justification, no engagement.
This is the 15-Day Legal Notice that was served and deliberately ignored by government lawyers:
This notice now forms part of the evidence submitted to the International Criminal Court, documenting systemic legal obstruction and knowing complicity in crimes against humanity.
This was not negligence. It was a coordinated legal strategy of silence — used to shield government and corporate actors from liability for the intergenerational harm caused by toxic chemical exposure, including harm to children. That is not a policy failure. It is criminal conduct.
By knowingly refusing to act on credible legal warnings, these lawyers:
Obstructed justice
Violated binding international treaties
Enabled the continuation of human rights abuses
And confirmed that Australia has no functioning legal pathway for redress for chemically harmed civilians
This pattern of legal obstruction is not new. It mirrors the same tactics used to suppress justice for the Stolen Generations, the Robodebt victims, and other groups harmed by unlawful or unethical government policies. In each case, legal professionals played a central role in silencing the truth, protecting the state, and delaying accountability until public exposure forced action.
This is a systemic issue. I am not naming one department — because the entire government legal apparatus is complicit.
Let me be clear:
You cannot commit crimes against humanity behind a legal memo and expect immunity.
When lawyers use the law to deny human rights, they don’t just break ethics — they break the law itself.
This complaint is submitted in good faith and will be submitted as part of an active case before the International Criminal Court. Please confirm receipt and advise how your office intends to proceed.

A formal complaint has been lodged with the International Criminal Court for Crimes against Humanity. The final submission was the 1st of July 2025.
Australia ratified International treaties but failed to implement them into domestic laws.
