Australian Government Solicitor 30 Day Legal Warning

Subject: Final 30-Day Notice – Legal Inaction, Treaty Breaches, and Pending ICC Annex Submission

To the Office of the

ree

,

This is formal notification that I have submitted a legal case to the International Criminal Court (ICC) under Article 15 of the Rome Statute, concerning crimes against humanity and transnational organised crime related to Australia’s decades-long refusal to recognise and redress second-generation harm from TCDD (Agent Orange) exposure.

As the legal counsel to the Commonwealth, your office either directly advised on – or failed to intervene in – unlawful policies and omissions that violate:

  • The Rome Statute

  • The Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC)

  • The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD)

  • The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR)

  • The Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants

  • Binding obligations under the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises

You are hereby placed on notice that I am preparing to submit Annex B of my ICC case — listing government departments and advisors who were formally notified, failed to act, and remained silent in the face of known human rights violations. Your office is under review for inclusion.

I have submitted or escalated this matter through the following legal and oversight bodies:

  • International Criminal Court (ICC) – case formally lodged

  • National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) – notified of departmental misconduct and legal concealment

  • Australian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) – complaint submitted citing international and domestic law breaches

  • Commonwealth Ombudsman – informed of systemic administrative failure and pending ICC referral

  • Australian National Contact Point (AusNCP) – formally notified of OECD violations involving transnational corporate complicity

These filings are public record, timestamped, and linked to medical, legal, and administrative evidence. I have also begun publishing my full timeline and documentation on a public website.

If the AGS played any role in advising departments to block, delay, or ignore legislative reforms, despite awareness of Royal Commission findings or UN treaty obligations, this constitutes active complicity in state-level denial and cover-up — not legal protection.

You now have 30 days from the date of this letter to:

  1. Declare your office’s position on the matter

  2. Provide a record of legal advice given to government departments relevant to this case

  3. Acknowledge your awareness of the ICC submission and the legal risk facing the Commonwealth

If you fail to respond, your office will be formally listed in Annex B as a silent enabler of international crimes and subject to further legal escalation after 1 July 2025.

Warm Agent Orange Burns regards,

Danielle Stevens
