Subject: Urgent Notification – Major Australian Banks’ Treaty Breaches, UN Warnings, and Systemic Non-Disclosure
Dear PRI / ShareAction / BankTrack / RIAA Secretariat,
I am writing to notify you of serious ESG and governance breaches by the four major Australian banks — ANZ, Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), Westpac, and National Australia Bank (NAB).
Each bank was formally notified of:
Binding obligations under the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants, and
More than eight United Nations treaty body warnings to Australia (2011–2021) regarding inherited TCDD/Agent Orange harm and second-generation impacts.
Despite being put on formal notice with deadline of 7 August 2025
Failed to disclose or engage substantively.
Provided only automated acknowledgements or silence.
Missed legal deadlines, now logged as part of the evidentiary record.
This conduct raises grave concerns under ESG standards:
Non-disclosure to insurers (Lloyd’s of London, Swiss Re have been notified) = systemic insurance fraud risk since 2004.
Failure to escalate or report treaty breaches = governance failure, complicity in international law violations, and potential AML/CTF breaches.
Silence in the face of UN warnings = clear breach of OECD Guidelines and UN Guiding Principles on Business & Human Rights.
A full public record of all notices, acknowledgements, and missed deadlines has been published on my website:
These matters have already been escalated to:
APRA (prudential risk regulator),
AUSTRAC (AML/CTF regulator),
Lloyd’s of London and Swiss Re, and
The International Criminal Court (final submission lodged 1 July 2025).
Request to ESG Watchdogs:
Given your mandates, I ask that you:
Engage with ANZ, CBA, Westpac, and NAB investors to demand disclosure of these material risks.
Publicly call for transparency on their prudential and governance failures.
Consider blacklisting or downgrading these banks for breach of responsible investment principles.
Silence is no longer a defence. It is part of the evidentiary record and will be annexed to international filings.
Warm Agent Orange Burns regards,
Danielle Stevens

A formal complaint has been lodged with the International Criminal Court for Crimes against Humanity. The final submission was the 1st of July 2025.
Australia ratified International treaties but failed to implement them into domestic laws.
When the United Nations tells you 8+ times you are breaking the law, YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW. Stockholm Convention & Agent Orange is a chemical war crime against children.
