Dear Mr. Berger,
You are personally placed on notice. Your silence is formally logged in my Article 15 submission to the International Criminal Court (filed 1 July 2025), and is directly tied to the UN General Assembly Report A/80/174 – Military Activities and Toxics (16 July 2025), scheduled to be presented publicly at UNGA in October 2025.
Swiss Re has already received my joint liability invoice for complicity in financing and reinsurance structures that concealed chemical war-crimes liabilities and denied justice to victims of TCDD (Agent Orange). This record is fixed in my International Criminal Court annexes:
You are also on notice that the United Nations has issued 8+ formal warnings to Australia between 2011 and 2022 (CRC, CRPD, CESCR, CERD, HRC, Human Rights Council, Special Rapporteurs) regarding second-generation harm from TCDD. Swiss Re’s silence in the face of these warnings compounds your complicity: your institution had duty + knowledge, yet chose silence.
Be advised:
Crimes against humanity under Article 7 of the Rome Statute are punishable by 30 years imprisonment or life (Article 77).
Financial crimes including fraudulent concealment of liabilities and laundering war-crimes proceeds carry up to 25 years’ imprisonment, along with asset seizure and director disqualification.
Your name is now fixed in the ICC annex trail. Ignorance is no defence. Silence is complicity.
Payment is due. The UN has spoken. The ICC has been seized.

A formal complaint has been lodged with the International Criminal Court for Crimes against Humanity. The final submission was the 1st of July 2025.
Australia ratified International treaties but failed to implement them into domestic laws.
When the United Nations tells you 8+ times you are breaking the law, YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW. Stockholm Convention & Agent Orange is a chemical war crime against children.
