Subject: Re: Complaint – Acknowledgment, Preservation Notice, and UN General Assembly Context
Dear Alhaji Bangura,
Thank you for acknowledging my complaint and confirming an outcome is scheduled for 05 October 2025.
For clarity, the scope of my complaint remains as logged:
Market manipulation and misrepresentation relating to AAA sovereign bonds despite 8+ UN warnings.
Failure to disclose treaty-breach liabilities to regulators and investors (ESG and continuous disclosure obligations).
Aiding and abetting chemical war crimes against children through CBA financing structures.
UN General Assembly Context
On 16 July 2025, the UN Special Rapporteur on Toxics and Human Rights issued his final report A/80/174, Military Activities and Toxics. This report will be presented to the UN General Assembly in October, with recommendations that States strengthen international and domestic legal frameworks to protect children and communities poisoned by toxic substances released through military activities.
As such, your investigation and any outcome on 05 October 2025 cannot be considered in isolation. CBA is on formal notice that its silence or denial in the face of this UN mandate will amount to misrepresentation and complicity, not only to me but to global investors and regulators already alerted.
Preservation Notice
Please confirm that all potentially relevant records have been preserved pending this investigation, including but not limited to:
Treasury and bond issuance records
ESG and investor disclosure drafts
Committee minutes (Risk, Audit, Treasury)
Communications with regulators (APRA, ASIC, AFCA)
Communications with ratings agencies (Moody’s, S&P, Fitch)
Internal references to UN warnings, TCDD/Agent Orange, ICC, or my complaint
Next Steps
Please provide confirmation of preservation and scope within 3 business days.
Your outcome will be assessed against the UN General Assembly record in October and incorporated into my ICC filings.
Warm Agent Orange Burns regards,
Danielle Stevens

A formal complaint has been lodged with the International Criminal Court for Crimes against Humanity. The final submission was the 1st of July 2025.
Australia ratified International treaties but failed to implement them into domestic laws.
When the United Nations tells you 8+ times you are breaking the law, YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW. Stockholm Convention & Agent Orange is a chemical war crime against children.
Profit before People is a crime.
