Death continues

Updated: Jul 16

My brother was raised by a man broken by a war no one ever admitted to. Agent Orange didn’t just poison the jungle — it poisoned our home. And now one of us is dead.

A soldier’s suicide. A government in hiding.

• 1 July 2025 – I filed a formal complaint with the International Criminal Court, documenting crimes against humanity and inherited chemical trauma.

• 1 July 2025 – My brother, a former soldier, died by suicide.

• A month earlier, my uncle had sent him our father’s military records — the same records that underpin my case. I don’t know if that’s why he ended his life. What I do know is that the system failed both of us.

• 7 July 2025 – My DVA-assigned trauma counsellor vanished without explanation. No session. No cancellation. No support.

• 16 July 2025 – After nine days of silence, I received a casual message asking if I wanted to “reschedule or close the sessions.”

• My response — attached — is now part of ICC Annex B as evidence of deliberate psychological abandonment.

This was not miscommunication. This was not a glitch.

This was a decision — to vanish when the trauma became real.

As of 19 July 2025, my compensation demand stands at $xyz million.

It will increase by $500,000 each week until full legal and financial accountability is delivered.

Further silence will be treated as complicity. This moment will not disappear, you have more blood on your hands.
