Dear Keisha 

I am writing to demand an urgent review & formal complaint of my late father, William Christopher Pitcher military pension and medical records, which have been withheld 

Despite his service as a plant operator—not some “intelligence specialist” his rightful entitlements have been delayed or denied. It is unacceptable that this matter has been left unresolved for so long after his passing.

I expect a clear explanation as to why no meaningful action has been taken, along with a detailed plan for immediate correction, release of all relevant documents, and payment of benefits owed.

This ongoing delay has caused unnecessary hardship and must be resolved without any further excuses or delay.

If you do not have the authority to fully address this matter, please escalate my complaint immediately to the appropriate senior officer or department who can take the necessary action.

The robo-debt scheme represents a systemic failure that unfairly targeted vulnerable individuals through automated debt recovery without proper human oversight or due process. 

Please note that individuals responsible for unlawful actions and administrative failures in this matter may be held accountable under the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court (ICC).

I expect a detailed response by Friday outlining the steps that will be taken to resolve this matter without further delay.
