Update 25/07/2025
All government legal officers placed on formal notice and provided with evidence of crimes against humanity had a legal and professional duty to act in good faith. Their deliberate silence — in the face of treaty breaches, medical suppression, and systemic harm to children — constitutes serious misconduct, both ethically and criminally. They are now complicit in the crimes they chose not to stop.

Dear Individuals, Institutions, and States Now Implicated,
Over the past 8 weeks, I have submitted extensive evidence to the International Criminal Court under Article 15 of the Rome Statute.
This includes:
Legal documentation
Medical records
Military records
Pension records
Institutional correspondence
National and international notices
A full record of obstruction, denial, and complicity
It is all on record. It cannot be erased. It is permanent.
As of 1 July 2025, my formal complaint is filed with the ICC, documenting:
Crimes against humanity
Transnational organised crime
State and corporate complicity in chemical warfare
Systemic denial of redress to children born to Vietnam War veterans exposed to TCDD (Agent Orange)
You have received multiple formal warnings. You had every opportunity to respond, investigate, or intervene.
You chose silence.
Your inaction, deflection, or erasure — including the deletion of Case 36 from the AusNCP — is now part of the official ICC evidence. This record will outlive policy, government, and reputation. It is now fixed in law, in history, and in international accountability.
Australia, Canada, New Zealand & Germany signed the Rome Statute.
Now it’s time to act like it.
Or face it…
You didn’t just ignore a complaint — you walked yourself into a war crimes archive at The Hague.
I remain prepared to submit further annexes or provide testimony as requested by the Court.
Remember, on ANZAC Day, you were complicit in a crime against children.
That is your legacy — and it is vile.
Warm Agent Orange Burns regards,
Danielle Stevens
We will always be a child of a Vietnam Veteran
