Subject: Formal 15-Day Legal Notice – Crimes Against Humanity, Transnational Complicity, and Failure to Act for Children born to Vietnam Veterans
This is your formal legal warning.
Under international law, crimes against humanity carry penalties of up to 30 years’ imprisonment or life (Rome Statute, Article 77).
By failing to act in the face of mass harm, official warnings, and known legal duties, you are now personally and institutionally implicated.
International Law Breaches
You are now implicated in:
The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court – for inhumane acts, persecution, and systemic denial;
The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child – for failure to protect life, survival, and development;
The UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities – for denial of healthcare, discrimination, and refusal to collect data on affected groups;
The Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants – for failure to identify, notify, and remediate toxic exposure, including intergenerational harm from TCDD (dioxin).
Policy Failure as Criminal Negligence
Old policy doesn’t protect you. It exposes you.
When harm is known, and nothing is done, that’s not a gap — that’s a choice.
The kind of choice international law was written to prosecute.
Escalating Legal Action
Your organisation has now been formally named in an escalating legal submission to the International Criminal Court.
You have also been identified in domestic reports to:
The Australian National Contact Point for the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises (AusNCP) has now escalated this matter to the National Contact Points of the United States and Germany, confirming it meets the threshold for international investigation and coordination.
The National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) — responsible for investigating serious or systemic corruption involving Commonwealth agencies and officials.
These investigations cover:
Failure to act on known intergenerational toxic exposure;
Denial of care, records, or recognition in breach of international treaties;
Systemic obstruction of redress mechanisms;
Complicity in the concealment of military and corporate misconduct.
I have now provided your agency with:
Direct evidence of harm;
Linked medical and legal records;
UN treaty obligations and national duties;
Notification of pending international prosecution.
This is a crime against humanity.
And you are now entangled in the operations of an international criminal corporation still profiting in Australia — despite decades of proven harm, cover-ups, and legal breaches.
The evidence is on the record. The law will follow.
You have 15 calendar days to provide a formal response.
After that, your silence will speak for you — forever.
Warm Agent Orange Burns regards,
Danielle Stevens
We will always be a child of a Vietnam Veteran
