Dear Defence,

This is formal notice.

Australia has never conducted a lawful investigation into my documented TCDD war-toxin harm, despite recognising TCDD as a toxic war chemical in Vietnam veterans and despite my confirmed lineage, congenital defects, and medical imaging.

Under the Geneva Conventions, ICCPR, CRC, CRPD, and the Stockholm Convention, the failure to investigate war-toxin harm to a civilian child is a grave breach and automatically triggers mandatory State responsibility.

This is not optional.

It does not depend on internal policy.

It does not depend on agency preference.

Australia is now under international supervision.

You have:

my lineage

my medical scans

my 17 health conditions matched to 17 TCDD SOPs

the full record of departmental denials across 50 years

All contact must be in writing due to documented trauma caused by Defence-linked systems.

You are required to:

Acknowledge the Geneva trigger

Confirm that Defence Legal has initiated a war-harm assessment

Provide the name of the responsible officer

Provide the timeline for Australia’s formal response to the ICRC

The attached tweet constitutes a public formal notification to the Geneva Convention Guardians that I have invoked my rights and reported Australia’s failure to investigate my war-toxin harm.

Geneva obligations are time-bound. The 30-day clock is now running. Tick tock.

Do your duty under Geneva.

A formal complaint has been lodged with the International Criminal Court for Crimes against Humanity. The final submission was the 1st of July 2025.

Australia ratified International treaties but failed to implement them into domestic laws.

When the United Nations tells you 8+ times you are breaking the law, YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW. Stockholm Convention & Agent Orange is a chemical war crime against children.
