Subject: Formal Notice: Complicity in Crimes Against Humanity and Transnational Organised Crime – ICC Escalation (TCDD) – 7 Days to Respond
To the Legal and Compliance Division,
You are formally notified that your institution may be financially exposed — directly or indirectly — to entities named in a legal complaint filed under Article 15 of the Rome Statute at the International Criminal Court (ICC).
This complaint relates to:
Crimes against humanity involving inherited exposure to TCDD (Agent Orange)
Transnational Organised Crime (TOC) through concealment of harm, systemic obstruction, and financial shielding
Active and ongoing harm to civilians, including Australian children, across four generations
Corporate profit from one of the most toxic substances ever manufactured
Entities named include:
Bayer AG – as legal successor to Monsanto, one of the primary manufacturers of TCDD
Australian government departments (Department of Veterans’ Affairs, Queensland Health)
Australian financial institutions under formal legal notice
Your institution is now on notice: if you provide or facilitate underwriting, reinsurance, indemnity, investment, or financial services to any of the above, you may be complicit in ongoing international crimes.
This is not historic. It is ongoing. Children of war veterans are being erased from history, denied care, and silenced by a system that benefits from their suffering. These are crimes of profit, silence, and organised denial — and the trail is financial.
As a German financial institution, you are bound by:
Rome Statute (Articles 25, 30, 77)
UN Convention Against Transnational Organised Crime (UNTOC)
Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants
OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises
EU AML/CTF, ESG, and financial crime compliance directives
You are expected to:
Acknowledge receipt of this notice in writing within 7 days
Disclose any financial ties to Bayer AG, Australian state agencies, or their insurers
Confirm what compliance actions will be taken in light of this legal escalation
A public case record is available at:
This is an active ICC investigation.
Failure to act will be recorded as wilful complicity in crimes against humanity and transnational organised crime.
