Subject: Urgent Notification: ICC Submission and Germany’s Emerging Association with Chemical War Crimes

27/06/2025
Dear Federal Representatives of Germany,
I write to formally notify the Government of Germany that your National Contact Point (NCP) is now listed in Annex B of an active submission to the International Criminal Court under Article 15 of the Rome Statute. This case concerns intergenerational chemical warfare crimes committed against the children of Vietnam veterans, including systemic suppression of evidence, medical denial, and the failure of international actors to intervene.
The German NCP is currently recorded as silent and non-interventionist, despite direct knowledge of:
Violations of the Stockholm Convention,
Complicity in Transnational Organised Crime as defined by Executive Order 13581,
And documented second-generation harm from TCDD (Agent Orange) exposure.
Given Germany’s historic reckoning with war crimes, I urge your government to consider the moral and legal implications of standing by while children are harmed by chemical warfare — again.
I respectfully request your urgent attention to the matter now documented in Annex B and visible to the ICC. You may view the publicly available evidence archive at:

This case is moving forward. Silence will not be a shield.
Warm Agent Orange Burns regards,
Danielle Stevens
