Dear Senator
I am an Agent Orange Child. My case is already before the International Criminal Court and I have OTP confirmation.
I have been right through the Australian Government system and all I received were responses of “policy,” which I have annexed and sent to the ICC since May 2025.
On 24/09/2025 I publicly served notice to the Permanent Representatives of Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States that they will sit at the United Nations General Assembly in October when Special Rapporteur Marcos Orellana presents Report A/80/174.
That report names Military Toxic Crimes as Crimes Against Humanity.

You are the Greens spokesperson for Defence and Veterans’ Affairs. I am asking you to help me fight. I need you to:
Make a public statement calling for Australia to respond to A/80/174.
Put an urgent question or motion in Parliament demanding the government explain what steps it will take to comply with the recommendations, including medical screening for affected children and recognition of transgenerational harm.
Review my evidence so you can raise this in Parliament before the UNGA.

A formal complaint has been lodged with the International Criminal Court for Crimes against Humanity. The final submission was the 1st of July 2025.
Australia ratified International treaties but failed to implement them into domestic laws.
When the United Nations tells you 8+ times you are breaking the law, YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW. Stockholm Convention & Agent Orange is a chemical war crime against children.
Profit before People is a crime.
