I’m Done With the Harm — From Now On, It’s Legal Only

For months, I’ve tried to engage with government departments, health services, and support systems in good faith. I brought the evidence. I asked for trauma-informed care. I followed every complaint process. And what did I get?
Silence. Gaslighting. Retraumatisation.
Queensland Health delayed, denied, and tried to medicate me into submission.
Centrelink assigned a social worker who did nothing while I suffered.
WorkCover dismissed my trauma like it was an inconvenience.
And every one of them passed the buck like it was a game.
It’s not a game. It’s my life.
So here’s where we are now:
I am formally withdrawing from all services that have contributed to my harm.
No more calls.
No more appointments.
No more pretending these systems are trying to help.
This is not a refusal of support — it’s a refusal of abuse.
They had every opportunity to act. They didn’t.
From this point forward, I will engage only through legal channels.
Everything else — every delay, every silence, every “sorry you feel that way” — will be logged as evidence in my ICC case.
If you’re in the system and you’re scared to speak up:
You’re not alone. And you’re not imagining it.
What’s happening to us is real — and it’s systemic.
And I’m not staying quiet anymore.
📌 Annex A updated. ICC notified.
The harm stops here.
