Summary Annex Upload – AHPRA, NHPO, AUSTRAC, and Westpac Fixed in ICC Record.
This week I lodged another Annex with the International Criminal Court. It documents contradictions, obstruction, and corporate complicity that can no longer be denied.
AHPRA vs NHPO – Contradiction Exposed
• NHPO told me twice (4 & 26 June) that my case was closed, with no investigation.
• AHPRA then confirmed on 21 August it was “reasonable to open notifications” against Dr Smith and Dr Tollison, and on 22 August accepted my consent to proceed.
• Two agencies. Two opposite outcomes. That’s not oversight—it’s obstruction.
Implications:
• Obstruction of justice and gross negligence through nearly 3 months of delay.
• Clear proof of systemic denial, now fixed in the ICC record.
AUSTRAC – Obstruction Logged
On 25 August, AUSTRAC confirmed they had referred my complaint but refused to provide findings. Their refusal is now logged publicly as evidence of obstruction.
• I escalated this to Basel, IAIS, ICC, and the Ratings Guardians.
• AUSTRAC is now linked internationally as complicit in concealment.
Westpac – Escalation & Complicity
On 26 August I issued a Formal Escalation to Westpac after their compliance team denied any “sufficient connection” to treaty breaches, sovereign fraud, or TCDD harm.
Westpac is now fixed in the ICC record for:
• Sovereign securities fraud (concealing UN warnings in bond markets).
• Prudential and disclosure failures under Basel, APRA, and ASIC.
• Insurance and reinsurance fraud through partnerships with Lloyd’s, Swiss Re, Allianz, QBE.
• Aiding & abetting crimes against humanity under the Rome Statute.
• Obstruction of justice by refusing to investigate after formal notice.
Recipients of this escalation include: ICC, OECD NCPs, Basel Committee, IOSCO, IAIS, IMF, World Bank, ECB, Egmont Group, FATF, and all three global Ratings Agencies.
Moody’s Case #06121204 – Global Record
On 26 August, Moody’s logged my evidence under Case #06121204, fixing these crimes into the international ratings system. Westpac publicly acknowledged my complaint on Twitter shortly after—proof they received notice and chose silence.
Bigger Picture
• All four major Australian banks (CBA, Westpac, NAB, ANZ) have been notified. Their denials and silence are annexed as evidence of complicity.
• Major insurers (Lloyd’s, Swiss Re, Allianz, Munich Re, QBE) have been placed on notice. Their silence will trigger global prudential and AML reporting obligations.
• OECD National Contact Points in six countries have been formally notified, alongside Bayer and Dow.
Every contradiction, every refusal, every silence—is now evidence.
