Subject: Missed Deadline – Silence Recorded as Complicity (ICC & OECD Record)

Dear Insurer
On 7 August 2025 you were formally placed on notice under the subject line “Formal Notification of International Financial Exposure – Complicity in Crimes Against Humanity (Rome Statute).” That notice explicitly outlined your exposure regarding undisclosed treaty breaches, legacy chemical liabilities (TCDD/Agent Orange), and ESG misrepresentation.
You were given until 22 August 2025 (CEST) to confirm your disclosure position. That deadline has now expired.
No substantive response was received.
Your silence constitutes:
Non-compliance with disclosure obligations – ESG and prudential reporting duties require disclosure of material UN findings of treaty breaches.
Complicity in concealment – Ongoing omission of repeated UN findings from public reports represents systemic misrepresentation.
ESG fraud – Your glossy ESG statements are now evidence exhibits of fraudulent reporting.
Regulatory breach – Failure to address this matter will now be documented with FINMA, BaFin, FCA/PRA, SEC, OSFI, IMF, BIS, FSB, IOSCO, and the OECD.
This silence is being:
Recorded as evidence of complicity under Article 25(3)(c) of the Rome Statute in my pending ICC complaint for Crimes Against Humanity (lodged 1 July 2025).
Transmitted to The Hague as part of the official annex record.

A formal complaint has been lodged with the International Criminal Court for Crimes against Humanity. The final submission was the 1st of July 2025.
Australia ratified International treaties but failed to implement them into domestic laws.
When the United Nations tells you 8+ times you are breaking the law, YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW. Stockholm Convention & Agent Orange is a chemical war crime against children.
