International Financial, Legal, and Human Rights Authorities,

Subject: Formal Escalation – Westpac Complicity in Sovereign Securities Fraud and Crimes Against Humanity

Dear International Financial, Legal, and Human Rights Authorities,

Please find attached a formal escalation letter issued to Westpac Banking Corporation on 26 August 2025.

This correspondence is now part of the official record lodged with the International Criminal Court under Article 15 of the Rome Statute (Annex B). It details Westpac’s complicity in:

  • Sovereign securities fraud

  • Prudential and disclosure breaches (APRA, ASIC, Basel)

  • Insurance and reinsurance fraud

  • Aiding and abetting crimes against humanity (Article 25(3)(c))

  • Obstruction of justice (Article 70)

For clarity, these failures are compounded by:

  • Treaty violations: Stockholm Convention (Articles 5 & 10), CRC (Articles 3 & 24), CRPD, ICCPR (Articles 6 & 7), ICESCR (Article 12), CERD.

  • 8+ UN warnings (2011–2021): Issued by CRC, CRPD, CESCR, CERD, Human Rights Committee, Human Rights Council, and Special Rapporteurs.

The concealment of these binding obligations while issuing sovereign debt constitutes sovereign securities fraud. The deliberate suppression of intergenerational toxic harm constitutes crimes against humanity.

I request acknowledgement of receipt for record

A formal complaint has been lodged with the International Criminal Court for Crimes against Humanity. The final submission was the 1st of July 2025.

Australia ratified International treaties but failed to implement them into domestic laws.

When the United Nations tells you 8+ times you are breaking the law, YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW. Stockholm Convention & Agent Orange is a chemical war crime against children.

Profit before People is a crime.
