Subject: Your Refusal to Act — On the Record

To the Legal Services Commission,

Thank you for confirming receipt of my email dated 23 July 2025.

Your response — that it is “unnecessary and inappropriate” to engage with evidence of systemic legal misconduct, chemical war crimes against children, and ongoing profiteering from TCDD-linked harm — has been formally logged in Annex B of my ICC submission.

Let me be clear:

You have now acknowledged evidence involving state-enabled crimes against humanity and money laundering through legal channels — and refused to act.

That refusal is a choice. It is not neutrality. It is complicity.

This communication requires no further action. Your silence is noted for the record and will be presented accordingly.

Warm Agent Orange Burns regards,

Danielle Stevens

A formal complaint has been lodged with the International Criminal Court for Crimes against Humanity. The final submission was the 1st of July 2025.

Australia ratified International treaties but failed to implement them into domestic laws.

Annex B – Legal Oversight Failure: Legal Services Commission Refusal to Investigate (4 August 2025)

Legal Services Commission of Australia acknowledged receipt of evidence submitted on 23 July 2025 regarding systemic legal misconduct, war crimes against children, and money laundering linked to second-generation TCDD harm. In their response dated 4 August 2025, the Commission stated it was “unnecessary and inappropriate” to be copied into the correspondence and confirmed no action would be taken. This refusal to engage despite evidence of crimes against humanity and institutional complicity is recorded as part of a broader pattern of regulatory inaction, legal laundering, and obstruction of justice.
