Please find attached a letter from my doctor requesting you to release my father’s records for my own medical treatment.
Upon further investigation the United Nations has formally warned the Australian government 6 times since 2011 for violating the human rights of Second Generation Agent Orange TCDD victims, my website has further information should the Department of Veterans Affairs decide to stop violating my human rights and care to correct this illegal practice under the International Law & signed treaty obligations.
