Addendum – Expansion of Jurisdiction Scope
This Addendum is issued in connection with the formal Legal Notice previously served on 7 August 2025 to Lloyd’s of London and Swiss Re.
For absolute clarity, the scope of this Notice is not limited to Australia. It applies to Lloyd’s of London’s underwriting and reinsurance exposure arising from the failure of the Governments of Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States, and Germany to implement their ratified international treaties into domestic law.
All obligations, liabilities, and deadlines specified in the original Notice remain in full force. The deadline for substantive response and resolution remains 22 August 2025. Silence or failure to act will result in formal inclusion in the Annex of my ICC submission, with all legal and reputational consequences flowing from that designation.
This addendum is to be read as one with the original Notice, and is binding as of the date of issue.
