Medical Negligence, Discrimination, State- Sanctioned harm

Updated: May 16

This is medical.., sent to DVA who doesn’t deal with Medical 🤦‍♀️

RMA is the responsibility behind medical negligence 🤷‍♀️

This is dangerous PM Albo

Prime Minister,

Your administration has upheld a policy that only five health conditions are recognised as linked to TCDD exposure in the children of veterans.

This is medical cherry-picking at its most dangerous. It ignores decades of international science—including WHO, the U.S. National Academy of Sciences, and even evidence buried in Australia’s own EVATM and Repatriation Commission reports.

Why have you chosen five—and discarded the rest?

  • Spinal deformities? Ignored.

  • Immune and neurological damage? Ignored.

  • Congenital abnormalities and developmental disorders? Ignored.

  • Early-onset degenerative disease and reproductive harm? Ignored.

You are not a doctor. This is not evidence-based medicine. It is politically motivated gatekeeping of healthcare, and it is unlawful under multiple frameworks:

  • The CRPD and CRC, which require State Parties to identify and address all harm to children with disabilities, not only those it finds politically convenient.

  • The Stockholm Convention, which lists TCDD as one of the most dangerous toxicants on Earth.

  • The Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act, which prohibits decisions made without fair consideration of all relevant facts and evidence.

  • The Wednesbury standard, under which no reasonable decision-maker could deny known, globally acknowledged harm to an entire generation.

Meanwhile, you are withholding my father’s medical records—records that could further prove exposure, but which are being locked away under weak excuses of “privacy” while your department simultaneously claims “no proof” of harm.

You have taken a selective, exclusionary approach to medical science. That is not policy. That is discrimination, medical negligence, and state-sanctioned harm.

This is your Robodebt moment—again targeting the vulnerable, again ignoring clear evidence, again hiding behind bureaucracy.

I am submitting this correspondence to the UN Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child, the ICC, and several UN Special Rapporteurs on toxics, health, and disability. I am also publishing this letter publicly.

You may continue to ignore us. But history, international law, and human rights mechanisms will not, October 2025 the General Assembly meets to discuss this injustice. You need to address this before you are embarrassed globally.

Children of veterans are not invisible. We are survivors. And we will be heard.

Warm Agent Orange Burns regards,

Danielle Stevens
