As part of Independent Examiner consideration of your complaint, the AusNCP intends to engage with the National Contact Points of the United States of America and Germany, as the headquarters of xxx & xxx are in these countries.

We would like to confirm that you give consent for the information in your complaint to be shared with these NCPs. While we outlined our privacy notice below, we didn’t explicitly raise the possibility of sharing your information with NCPs outside of Australia, if required to progress your complaint. Please let us know if you have any concerns with this.
