Subject: Case 36 – Formal Request for Notification to Netherlands NCP
8/7/2025
Dear Mr Southalan,
Today marks five days since you advised that the Australian National Contact Point is choosing a lead for OECD Case 36.
I am now formally requesting that notification to the Netherlands and all relevant NCPs be completed within the next five business days — by close of business Tuesday 15 July 2025. Failure to act within that timeframe will be recorded as undue delay and procedural obstruction and will be included in Annex B of my OECD and ICC filings.
This case involves documented violations of international human rights, corporate complicity, and NATO-aligned military conduct. The process is already underway, and further deferral will be viewed as obstruction.
Delay is no longer neutral — it’s complicit.
Warm Agent Orange Burns regards,
Danielle Stevens
