Subject: Follow-Up – Failure to Acknowledge or Investigate Criminal Treaty Breach by Queensland Health

14/07/2025

Dear Office of International Law,

It has now been seven days since your department was formally notified of international law violations involving Queensland Health and Dr David Rosengren, including treaty breaches, medical negligence, and denial of redress in connection with TCDD (Agent Orange) exposure.

You have issued no acknowledgment, no response, and no indication that any review is underway.

Let me ask directly:

Who at the Office of International Law is willing to risk their legal career by being complicit in this cover-up?

Because if you choose silence, your names, roles, and inaction may be raised in future legal proceedings — including at the International Criminal Court. This is no longer abstract. It is personal, prosecutable, and permanently recorded.

Your failure to act has been formally logged in Annex B of my ICC complaint and attached to OECD Case 36 as evidence of state-enabled obstruction.

If I do not receive confirmation of review by close of business Friday 19 July 2025, your continued silence will be treated as knowing complicity in the cover-up of chemical war crimes against children.

Warm Agent Orange Burns regards,

Danielle Stevens
