Dear Swiss Re,
On 15 August 2025 you were formally placed on notice regarding undisclosed treaty breaches and legacy chemical liabilities linked to Agent Orange (TCDD). You were given until close of business 22 August 2025 (CEST) to confirm your disclosure position.
That deadline has now expired. No substantive response was received.
Your silence constitutes:
Non-compliance with disclosure obligations – Prudential, ESG, and statutory reporting duties require disclosure of material UN findings of treaty breaches.
Complicity in concealment – Ongoing omission of repeated UN findings (8+ against Australia alone) from your risk assessments and public reports represents systemic misrepresentation.
Regulatory breach – Failure to address this matter will now be documented with FINMA, BaFin, FCA/PRA, SEC, OSFI, IMF, BIS, FSB, IOSCO, and the OECD.
This silence will also be recorded as evidence of complicity under Article 25(3)(c) of the Rome Statute in my pending ICC complaint for Crimes Against Humanity, filed on 1 July 2025.

This notice and your missed deadline are being annexed into the ICC and OECD record.
Regulatory bodies have been copied for transparency and oversight.
Silence will be treated as confirmation of undisclosed systemic risk and a failure of prudential integrity.
You may provide a late statement of position on or before 29 August 2025. After that, your silence will speak for you — permanently.

A formal complaint has been lodged with the International Criminal Court for Crimes against Humanity. The final submission was the 1st of July 2025.
Australia ratified International treaties but failed to implement them into domestic laws.
When the United Nations tells you 8+ times you are breaking the law, YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW. Stockholm Convention & Agent Orange is a chemical war crime against children.
