Queensland Health — You Knew. You Failed. And Now It’s Evidence.

Today I asked — again — why I was denied access to a Nurse Navigator.

First I was told they didn’t know what it was. Now, suddenly, I “don’t meet the criteria.” No explanation. No transparency. Just another contradiction in a system built to deny, delay, and deflect.

Let me be clear:

• I’m living with the effects of a toxic chemical war.

• I’ve got scans, diagnoses, and documented harm.

• I’ve asked for help for years — and Queensland Health ignored it.

They called me at 8:30am despite knowing I suffer chronic insomnia.

They prescribed the wrong medication — it now costs me $180 a month.

They offered no apology, no support, and no plan.

This isn’t just poor service. This is medical negligence, disability discrimination, and a breach of international law.

They failed their duty. And now every word, every silence, and every contradiction is being recorded for my submission to the International Criminal Court.

Queensland Health, you had the evidence. You saw the scans. You knew the risks.

You didn’t act — and that choice has consequences.

The record is permanent. The law is watching. And I’m not alone.
