My first submission to the International Criminal Court was lodged in May 2025 and all correspondence is publicly available on my website. The council can view my current financial situation through the Commonwealth Bank blogs published there.
I have been submitting evidence to the International Criminal Court on an almost weekly basis. All Government correspondence is sealed, but after the 1st of July 2025, all correspondence became publicly available.
I have attached my birth certificate as evidence that I was born before the Vietnam War ended on the 30th of April 1975. My father’s occupation is listed as Soldier. I am a War Baby with 17 health conditions supported by internationally recognised World Health Organisation Statements of Principles.
I do not buy into the propaganda sold to Australians for 50 years.

Hi Danielle,
I hope you're well.
We've received a response from the council regarding your offer. They have requested some further information from you in order to consider it fully.
Specifically, they would like clarification on how the legal case has impacted you financially, as it has only recently been submitted. Additionally, they've asked whether both you and your partner are currently working.
They've also requested supporting documentation, such as bank statements and documents relating to your legal case to help them better understand your current financial situation.
Yours faithfully,
Nora Hicks

Dear AStevens,
Thank you Axcc for your email, I do note that you will need to provide supporting documentation as requested. If you could please provide documentation that shows you have been financially impacted by your current situation. Either our office or our client will be going on your website to find this information.
We also do need a little more information around your current financial situation for both yourself and Danielle, this is so our client can make an informed decision to assist you at this time.
I hope this assists.
Yours faithfully,

Rockhampton Regional Council account
Dear Kathryn,
Thank you for your email.
To clarify, I’m not applying for formal hardship assistance — I’ve requested a short-term payment arrangement for two instalments (November and December) to bring my account up to date.
We don’t receive Centrelink benefits, as Danielle is assessed under my income, but our household budget is already fully committed to essential costs, including ongoing medical expenses. A simple two-month plan is all that’s needed to resolve the current balance.
Our financial hardship stems from chronic health issues directly linked to Dioxin (Agent Orange) exposure from the Vietnam War, which has caused long-term medical and financial impacts, (15 years) We have provided extensive documentation of this on a public website:
Under Rockhampton Regional Council’s Debt Recovery Policy, genuine payment arrangements may be accepted and recovery action paused while payments are maintained. I’m willing to proceed on that basis and would appreciate written confirmation of acceptance, along with the payment reference or schedule.
We propose payments of $500 on 17/11/25 & 17/12/25
Axyz and Danielle Stevens
