RRC Review 5/1/26

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am requesting a complete review of my rates account, including the issuing of notices, communication processes, and any enforcement action to date.

I have not received any written correspondence addressed to me setting out the amount claimed, the basis for the charge, or applicable timeframes. In the absence of proper written notice, I have been unable to respond appropriately.

I am not refusing payment. I am seeking procedural fairness and accessibility so that I can engage once correct written notice is provided.

Due to disability-related trauma, all communication must be in writing.

To support this review and ensure appropriate accommodations are applied, I am providing documentation confirming my disability from 2011 onwards. These documents are provided solely for the purpose of facilitating the review and accessible communication.

Please confirm in writing that:

• a complete review has commenced

• enforcement action is paused pending the outcome

• all future correspondence will be provided in writing

Once this review is completed and proper written notice is issued, I will be in a position to engage further.
