Dear FINMA,
On 1 July 2025, I lodged a formal complaint with the International Criminal Court (ICC) under Article 15 of the Rome Statute. The case concerns crimes against humanity, intergenerational toxic harm from TCDD (Agent Orange), and systemic concealment through financial markets.
On 8 August 2025, Swiss Re was formally placed on notice of their involvement in:
Insurance fraud across multiple renewal cycles since 2004,
Failure to disclose material risks tied to binding international treaties,
False ESG reporting and omission of repeated UN findings,
Underwriting corporate and state complicity in chemical war crimes against children.
The facts are not in dispute:
Australia alone has received 8+ formal UN warnings (2011–2021) regarding second-generation harm and treaty violations.
The Stockholm Convention has been ratified by Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States, and Germany. Each has failed to implement their obligations on dioxins (TCDD). That is not oversight. It is systematic treaty breach.
Swiss Re was given until 22 August 2025 to respond. They have chosen silence. That silence is not neutrality — it is evidence of complicity.
I am therefore escalating to FINMA before the deadline passes, to ensure that the Swiss regulator cannot later claim ignorance or inaction. This case is already being shared with peer regulators (SEC, FCA/PRA, BaFin, OSFI) and will form part of my ICC submission under Annex D: Corporate and Financial Complicity.
The only question now is whether FINMA acts before it is bypassed — by whistleblowers, other regulators, or the ICC.

Australia ratified International treaties but failed to implement them into domestic laws.
When the United Nations tells you 8+ times you are breaking the law, YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW. Stockholm Convention & Agent Orange is a chemical war crime against children.
Profit before People is a crime.
