International Criminal Court - Crimes Against Humanity

Dear Matt Keogh,

I have formally escalated my case of Toxic exposure to the International Criminal Court under Crimes against Humanity.

The ICC prosecutes individuals under the Rome Statute, Article 7, which includes acts such as persecution, inhumane treatment, and other serious violations when committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack against a civilian population.

This applies to the ongoing denial of recognition, support, and care for second-generation victims of Agent Orange (TCDD) exposure, I have attached the ICC reference number for your information.

I am contacting you regarding the long-standing failure to address the devastating effects of second-generation TCDD exposure. I am a child of a Vietnam veteran and have been diagnosed with multiple serious health conditions that are now globally linked to inherited toxic damage.

I am requesting a formal response outlining whether your department will acknowledge the issue, investigate the matter, or refer it for urgent review.

I am a person, looking for your help.

Warm Agent Orange Burns regards,

Danielle Stevens
