Subject: Imminent Escalation to UNTOC – Final Opportunity to Engage
28/7/2025
To the Attorney-General’s Department, Office of International Law, and Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet:
This is to inform you that on Thursday 31 July at 10:00am, I will escalate this matter to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNTOC) as a formal complaint under the framework of Transnational Organized Crime.
This escalation is due to your government’s:
Ongoing concealment of TCDD (Agent Orange) harm,
Systemic obstruction of second-generation civilian redress,
Breach of binding international treaties,
Use of legal departments to suppress, delay, and deny access to justice,
And coordinated silence in the face of repeated legal notice and international filings.
No further warnings will be issued.
This matter is no longer administrative. It is criminal.
If your government has a lawful position, it should have been raised long before now.
Warm Agent Orange Burns regards,
Danielle Stevens

A formal complaint has been lodged with the International Criminal Court for Crimes against Humanity. The final submission was the 1st of July 2025.
Australia ratified International treaties but failed to implement them into domestic laws.
