To the Office of the Prime Minister,
This is a formal notice that Australia is now on record for violating the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties (1969).
Under Article 26, every treaty Australia ratifies must be performed in good faith.
Under Article 27, you are prohibited from using domestic law as an excuse to avoid those obligations.
And yet — this is exactly what the Commonwealth has done.
Australia ratified the Rome Statute, the Stockholm Convention, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. But none of these have been implemented in ways that protect or compensate the civilians harmed by government decisions and international chemical warfare.
You built a system that signs treaties for show — and denies their protections in practice.
This is not administrative failure. It is deliberate state evasion of international law.
It is legal obstruction.
And it is now under formal investigation by the International Criminal Court, the OECD, and the European Commission.
If you have a lawful explanation for this conduct — provide it. If not, your silence will be treated as complicity and permanently recorded in the legal record.
You have received multiple warnings. You have failed to act.
The evidence is published. The escalation is live. The record is permanent.
