Dear Mr. Anderson,
You are personally placed on notice. Your silence is formally logged in my Article 15 submission to the International Criminal Court (filed 1 July 2025), and is tied to UN Report A/80/174 – Military Activities and Toxics (16 July 2025), scheduled for presentation at the UN General Assembly in October 2025.
Bayer has already received my joint liability invoice for the manufacture, distribution, and concealment of TCDD (Agent Orange)—toxins that caused intergenerational harm and denied victims redress. The record is fixed in my ICC annexes:
You are on notice that the United Nations issued 8+ formal warnings to Australia between 2011 and 2022 regarding TCDD’s harms. Bayer’s continued silence, despite duty and knowledge, constitutes deliberate complicity.
Be advised:
Crimes against humanity under Article 7 of the Rome Statute carry up to 30 years or life imprisonment (Article 77).
Financial crimes—including concealment of war-crimes liabilities and profiteering—carry up to 25 years’ imprisonment, plus asset seizure and director disqualification.
Your name is fixed in the ICC annex trail. Ignorance is no defence. Silence is complicity.
Payment is due. The UN has spoken. The ICC has been seized.

A formal complaint has been lodged with the International Criminal Court for Crimes against Humanity. The final submission was the 1st of July 2025.
Australia ratified International treaties but failed to implement them into domestic laws.
When the United Nations tells you 8+ times you are breaking the law, YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW. Stockholm Convention & Agent Orange is a chemical war crime against children.
